What is not to love about this luxurious 2275 sq.ft. Condominium? Built in 2003, this condo has many upgrades not typical of beachside living. From the ceramic tile flooring throughout, the huge and modern kitchen with granite countertops, and the lovely crown molding, this condo has all of the bells and whistles you could ask for on vacation. It features an open floor plan all overlooking the beautiful and pristine Gulf of Mexico. The living area features oversized and comfy furniture, a 42 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player and a DVR. There is even a wet bar off of the kitchen and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! The "backyard-like" balcony will become a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views of the beach. The Gulf Front master bedroom has sliding patio doors that open to the balcony, a king size bed, a walk in closet, and a lavish bathroom. The bathroom has a garden tub to soak in, a spacious shower, double sinks and a vanity area for putting on makeup. The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds plus 2 trundles while the 3rd full bath hosts a tub and shower combination. Each condo is assigned two parking spaces which includes one spot in the garage. One of the most appealing features of this rental is that it has a cabana completely outfitted and ready for you to hit the beach or pool. At your fingertips you will find 2 bicycles, boogie boards, plenty of beach and lawn chairs and a refrigerator. With plenty of space and sleeping for six, this property offers a true luxurious dream vacation.

La Contessa has a Gulf-side private pool area with 2 heated pools, spa, barbeque facility and an exclusive 250 foot pier, reserved strictly for the guests. This world class condominium complex is nestled on the pristine beaches of Pinellas County, in the friendly, town of Redington Beach where you will find a quaint collection of local shops and restaurants. Almost a mile of beautiful sand slopes gently into the Gulf, which is perfect for swimming, shelling, sunning and strolling. A variety of deep-sea fishing charters, several casino cruises, dolphin watching nature tours, boat and wave runner rentals and parasailing are just a few of the activities available in Redington Beach or offered in neighboring beach communities. These are services and amenities typical of a much larger city without the crowds, bustle and impatience. Owner Tips: If you like homemade Italian food to shop for, eat in or take out, you have to visit a store called Mazzaro's, it is located at 2909 22nd Ave. in N. St Petersburg. It is a wonderful shop with cheeses, wines, meats, breads, pastries etc. The Lasagna is to die for.You also will not want to miss "Frenchies on the Beach" for lunch and if you go, you must try the She Crab Soup! Also for higher end dinners, there is The Middle Grounds Grill that is South on Gulf Blvd, past John's Pass drawbridge, (this is a cute place to shop but kind of touristy) on the left. There is also the Salt Point Grill North on Gulf Blvd about 4 miles and on the right and a Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store approximately 2 miles to the South.

About Jeff & Gina

Raised in central Florida with fathers working at the Kennedy Space Center, we both have a lifetime of fond memories of beach days, beach escapes, beach getaways, and funfilled family beach vacations. Our love of the ocean spans decades as does our romance. High school sweethearts (married for 28 years and counting) and fellow UF graduates, Jeff and Gina have four children. Jordan attends Orangewood Christian High School; while Josh, Jake and Jared go to FSU. Jeff has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. He also did consulting for 4 years with both Allstate Corporate and individual agencies countrywide; streamlining processes, increasing production, incorporating inventive marketing, maximizing potential revenue, and stressing customer service. Soon after having their fourth child (4 in 4 years), Gina “retired” from her actuarial position to assist Jeff and raise their lively bunch. With a house full of teenagers, Gina likewise knows a thing or two about particular “customers”. We have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build this company on the same.

Beautiful amenities and veiw

This place is amazing, private pools and a gated pier , the beach and views are worth the trip, but the inside of this place is just as amazing!

The condo itself is a beautiful large condo in excellent condition. I appreciate the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is right on the beautiful sand beach on the gulf of Mexico. I love the 2 pools and spa. We also love to watch the sunsets from the large balcony off the living room and master bedroom. We also like the location. It is an easy drive to St. Petersburg, Treasure island, Clearwater, and Tampa. The condo comes with a garage and a sheltered parking spot for 2 vehicles. We just love this condo. There was some problem getting TV reception in the living room, but the owner solved it with a new remote, along with instructions on laminated paper that are easy to follow. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect condo with perfect view!

The condo was perfect. This was our 2nd time staying there. The balcony had a wonderful view. Location nice, between St. Petersberg and Clearwater and near Tampa, so lots to do. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Luxury Accommodations, Breathtaking View

We absolutely love this condo! All the comforts of home with a full kitchen, spacious rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and dolphins jumping in the water. Very relaxing and peaceful. Close to great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping! We have stayed here several times and plan to return again. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. You will not regret your choice to stay here!

This condo is huge, and furnished beautifully!!

We love this Condo, and return every year. There is so much to do beyond the obvious. (walking on the beach, swimming in the two pools, and relaxing with a drink in the hot tub) We have enjoyed all three professional sports teams: hockey, football, and baseball. One of our favorite things to do is visit the manatees at the Tampa Electric building, and 'pick your own' tomatoes on the way. We visit the Seminole Hardrock Casino less than an hour away each time we stay at this condo. The furniture and the mattresses are new, and so comfortable. Our favorite restaurants are The Conch, Original Pizza, and Frenchie"s Rockaway in nearby Clearwater I would recommend this condo everyday to everyone. It is awesome
