Located at the top of Rambla pueblo Nou, a beautiful tree lined pedestrian walkway filled with cafes, bars and restaurants that leads directly to Barcelona beach, in just 15 min. Convenient links with all forms of public transport make the apartment the ideal base to explore the entire City.

This spacious apartment has a shared children's pool and larger swimming pool that are surrounded by enclosed gardens. There is also a safe and secure children’s play area. The apartments stylish open living space has full length sliding soundproof doors that open onto a large balcony overlooking the Rambla. Relax in the comfort of the fully air-conditioned/heated apartment and enjoy the large flat screen TV/DVD/CD player. The modern kitchen includes Kitchen table and chairs, fridge/freezer glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, clothes drying facility, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, with the master bedroom being en-suite.
