House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-12)

This newly renovated unique 3/2 private residence which opens to the beach will captivate you! enjoy the quiet serenity of God's amazing creation. The rear slideING glass doors (facing the ocean) allow easy access to the huge 40x30 patio deck/outside shower. swimming in the ocean, surfing, biking on or off beach.

Every room has its own theme and the family room is fun with a flat screen TV, DVD, CD, AM/FM reciever. (speakersinside and on the deck). It's great for a large or small family, writers, painters, musicians, pastors, enthusiast singles, couples, retirees, there's something here for everyone! Which gives quick access to the shops and businesses of downtowns shopping district. We are close to the Canaveral national Seashore park and Cape Kennedy Launches are viewable from the deck.

There is no vehicle driving on the beach in front of our property, you get maximum privacy, and safety yet you are near everything you will want to be by. Areas north of 27th street have car traffic allowed, that traffic will not be present at our location.

THE MASTER SUITE IS EXTRA LARGE WITH A KING SIZE Bed AND A PULL OUT SOFA SLEEPER, ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, PLENTY OF DRAWER SPACE, WALK-IN CLOSET AND A PRIVATE BATH ROOM WITH STAND UP SHOWER,

THE JUNGLE ROOM HAS BEEN NICELY DECORATED WITH PLANTS PHOTOS OF ANIMALS TO GIVE A JUNGLE THEME. THERE ARE TWO TWIN SIZE BEDS, TV AND DVD.

THE SEA SHELL ROOM HAS SEA SHELLS EVERYWHERE WHICH COME RIGHT FROM THE OCEAN THIS ROOM IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH A TV AND DVD.

THERE IS A GREAT ROOM OR FAMILY ROOM WHICH HAS PLENTY OF SPACE AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN LCD TV.

The hall bath is equiped with a tub/shower. The kitchen has a new microwave recently installed and equiped with all dishes and utensils. We provide sand buckets and so on and recently added 2 beach cruiser bike for your added experience.

The location of this house couldn't be more perfect. The back deck overlooks the ocean and you walk down the steps of the deck right on to the beach. We were there during Spring break and the beach did not have many people on it at all, which was so nice and peaceful. The house was the perfect for 6 adults and one child. The master bedroom was huge! The photos of the house were accurate. The property was clean. We had an issue with the cable/internet (windy day knocked out 100's of customers) we called the owner and he had someone there on Easter to fix it! I would recommend this property if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful location right on the ocean. There is a National Park nearby that is fun to hike through and lots of good places to eat within close driving distance.

This is our 9th year going to Oceanside Hideaway. The beach is not crowded, although this year the weather was not perfect and tides ran high cutting down on beach area. The house is comfortable for us with the huge deck. It is a good beach house and easy to live in.

This was perfect. I spent weeks looking for the perfect vacation getaway home. Figures I went back to the first one we saw.
Kevin was so personable and helpful. The house is exactly as the pics show. This was everything I wanted ( except for a pool) but there was no time for pools. The ocean is RIGHT THERE! There was also a Sea Turtle mound right in the back area. Nature at it's best...( with technology!)
We are from the Clearwater area and live on the Gulf. Being directly on the ocean we learned to....
boogie board, rented surf boards, Went Kyacking, hit the Seafoodfest in the loop, and don't miss the Manatees at Canaveral park just 5 min drive up the road. The lighthouse was amazing as well. A little furth of a drive, but we had to say we went somwplace else :0)
Never made it to Cape Canaverl but maybe next time!
Not enough time to do it all! .
Recommendation.....maybe some new cushions and paint on outdoor chairs.
Also, Lilly flying knots bad at night so bring a mosquito net. That is the price you pay for being so close to nature and it is worth it.
oh, the sunrise...WOW.just watched it from the living room!
The price was very reasonable and I will try to make this trip at least once a year.
Kevin, are a pleasure to rent from and I hope your future renters take care of my new vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. If this home was any closer to the beach you would have to close the doors at high tide!!! A really nice feature of this house was being able to open the front sliding doors and let the ocean breeze fill the air!!! Thanks Kevin for sharing your home....we had a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful sunrises

Wow, the sunrises were absolutely gorgeous! Our week here was great and very relaxing. Having our own private beach was such a nice experience. The house was great and the master bedroom was huge. We really enjoyed our stay and would definetely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach house in New Smyrna. We loved going everyday just up the road to a park to watch the manatees and dolphins. Oh and our two dogs were happy to be with us on vacation too. Thanks Kevin & Trish for a wonderful retreat place.
