Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Desert Living at its Finest!!! 3 Bedrooms 2.5 baths and over 2000 sqft of living space. Unit is newly renovated with an extra large south facing patio that is steps to the pool. Unobstructed views of the fairway and San Jacinto mountains are right off the patio and the clubhouse is a short walk away.

Expenses were not spared to make this unit as comfortable as possible.The kitchen is fully stocked and has new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master bath has stand up shower, dual sinks and a soaker tub.The master bedroom has a king bed as well as the second bedroom. The third bedroom is large with two double beds.The guest bath also has dual sinks and a large shower. Unit looks like a show home with high end mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, flat screens everywhere (two 50'and one 47') and fine art. Dining room even has a crystal chandelier.

We are close to all of the most popular attractions in the desert. El Paseo, College of the Desert, Westfield Shopping Center and The River are all within a five minute drive.

About The Owner

My wife, son and I are a younger family looking to build many happy memories in this beautiful place. We both work full time which allows us to share our home with others that have the same love and appreciation of the desert as we do.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011
Why The Owner chose Palm Desert

My wife and I first visited the desert 5 years ago. We rented in Monterey CC and instantly fell in love with all it had to offer. We knew this would be somewhere to share with family and friends for years to come.

What makes this condo unique

Since we have rented many times in the past we realize the importance of having all the amenities but also the comforts of home. We have worked very hard to make our home both beautiful and comfortable so that all our guests will really enjoy their stay.

My family stayed for a week and we had a blast. Felt like home, complete with all the comforts! Close to the pool and the view from the patio is stunning. The location is perfect and easy to get to and from. Can't wait to come back again!!

We loved the place. The home was just like pictured on this site.

There was a small hiccup when we first arrived, but I only bring this up to point out how quickly the owner responded to my call by sending someone right away to fix the problem. Very impressed.

I would highly recommend this home and its owners. Everything was handled quickly and courteously.

I stayed in this home in June of 2011. (Yes I’m a bit slowful in leaving feedback, I just forgot until now.) Ok So as I was saying. I stay in this home in June of 2011 with my best friend and my three nieces who are pre-teen girls. They loved the house!!! I allowed two of them to have the master bedroom so that really made them feel like little adults. Everything was clean and very modern. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I will be back in the area soon. So if all goes well, I may stay here again.
