This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa apartment is just 2 blocks from the beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants, shops and the world-famous fishing pier. The living room has brand new furniture & 46' HDTV with DVD player. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet , HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet and private bath. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The galley kitchen features all new appliances and cabinets as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware & cooking utensils. The villa has been completely renovated both inside and out. You can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas & even a fountain or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant.

About Jan Brain

Our property management company, Covenant Properties was founded several years ago when it became apparent that many families were tired of paying higher and higher prices for vacation accommodations. Since then the luxury home vacation rental business has virtually exploded around the globe. South Florida, which has always been a destination for vacationers, has experienced a demand for home rentals that is unprecedented. Covenant Properties has grown to become one of the larger, well-respected property management companies in the area. We offer quality, luxury homes to the families that are looking for a home away from home at reasonable rates and managed professionally. These homes are typically two to five bedrooms, most with upscale amenities such as a pool, waterfront and near one of our pristine beaches. Fabulous place to stay! The personal touches were so nice (coffee,fruit,toiletries, etc). How nice to be a block from the beach! There's so much to do right outside the door! The linens were so comfortable, it felt just like home! Thank you so much to for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable :)

A Perfect Vacation

I stayed at the Tropical Garden Villa for a month and was extremely pleased and happy with my choice. The villa is depicted very accurately in the photos on the website but in person it is even better. There is charm and a welcome basket awaiting your arrival. Everything for cooking and enjoying the beach is provided and families or adults will be very happy here. I was already familiar with Lauderdale by the Sea from other visits and this location is fantastic. Every morning -- or whenever you want to -- you can walk two blocks to the beach. A fabulous wide beach with soft sand. Restaurants, shopping and sightseeing are in the immediate area and it is very easy to get to Ft Lauderdale and Pompano Beach even if you don't have a car (as I didn't). I will certainly return. Thanks for a memorable visit!

We had a wonderful week at this apartment!!!! We would highly recommend it!!
Starting with a smooth mail exchange at time of reservation months ago with Jan&Tom (both awsome folks, remarkably kind people), everything turned out perfect, in fact, much better thatn we were expecting, since we liked the place better in real than in the pics, and the location couldnt be better either. Half block from "Lauderdale by the sea" main area with its pintoresque cafes and shops, and 2 blocks from beach access.
Particulary about the apartment, every detail was covered to let us fully enjoy the house and the area. We had lots of useful items at our service, like beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, beach towels, styrofoam skimboards, among others, and last but not least, a welcome basquet with some fruits and gourmet items.
We would deffinitely rent with them again if coming back to the Lauderdale by the Sea area in the future!! - Alejandro and family, from Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA.

stayed here for a long weekend to see the pats dolphins game this place was perfect great location across from a patroits themed bar in florida! this place was exactly as described everything is clean and new would highly recommend will definately go back

Fantastic

We har two midle-age couples from Sweden who stayed at this apartment for one week. We had a realy lovely stay at Tropical Garden Villa. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Two bedrooms with a own bathroom was really nice.Althrough restaurants and night life was just a walking distans away it didn't disturbe us.
The beach was also very nere and lovely.
The only thing that wasn't good was the AC that was very noise.
We would absolutely recommend this apartment
Owner's Response: Thanks to new our friends from Sweden for their kind words. A note on the A/C units - they are all new but wall units are not as quiet as central air. However, the plus is that each room can be set to a different temperature comfort setting for each individual. Hope this clarifies any concern.
