For my son and his family, their first trip to Hawaii was the "trip of a lifetime", and this house certainly helped make that a reality. The house was easy to find, clean, and very comfortable for the five of us. It was well appointed, with our every need anticipated, down to a picnic basket and modern, top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen and outside grill. The view from the lanai was spectacular with sunsets and whale sightings an everyday occurrence. The pool was very well-maintained, the lanai/pool furniture comfortable and plentiful as was all the other furniture inside the house. The instructions given by the owners were timely, complete, and accurate. Having access to the Mauna Kea parking facilities, beach amenities, and everything else the hotel offered was a much appreciated bonus, and the hotel staff there is always friendly and accommodating. Everything was as pictured and as promised, and the owners very easy to work with. They were helpful and succeeded in every way to ensure we had no worries and no difficulties throughout our stay. We all, without reservation, highly recommend this property and this location.
