House, 6 Bedrooms + Loft, 6.5 Baths, (Sleeps 24-29)

This is a 6 bedroom recreation property that will allow your guests their own privacy because each room has its own bathroom and acts as its own suite. It also has plenty of common area with two livings rooms with 52 inch flat screen TV's and a loft to sleep children in sleeping bags or on one of the 2 futon couches. Have a drink and relax on the deck or patio while grilling on the BBQ and overlooking Bear Lake. The beach house is fully landscaped with a plenty of grass to enjoy. The location is about a block away from the beach but it does not have direct beach access. There is a jogging/biking trail just outside your front door that goes around the lake and your backyard is the beautiful Wasatch mountains. This is a perfect location right in town, close to walking paths, shops, restaurants, and the famous Pickleville Playhouse and other recreational activities.

The Bear Lake Area has been called the 'Caribbean of the Rockies' because of its intense turquoise blue water. Between marvelling at how blue and beautiful the lake is or the gorgeous white sandy beaches, you may think you have travelled hours to a tropical location. The Bear Lake valley offers all four of nature's seasons. There are many recreational activities available. In the summer you can jet ski across the turquoise water, sail into the sunset, or just enjoy a picnic at the beach. You can enjoy trolling for huge mackinaw or cutthroat trout in Bear Lake, or fly fishing for smaller brook or rainbow trout in the many local mountain streams. In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful scenic landscape as you hike or 4 wheel the many trails. In the winter you can enjoy the 'greatest snow on earth' as you snowmobile, downhill ski, cross country ski, or snowshoe. CCR Retreats was created by a small group of entrepreneurs that wanted to provide retreat getaways for their employees. The locations are strategically placed to be the perfect getaway from someone looking for a quiet relaxing weekend by the pool, to the outdoor adventurist, and everyone in between. We can accommodate a weekend getaway for two or a large family or corporate gathering for up to 25.

Great Place for a Vacation

We just spent four nights at the Lake house with 11 adults and 10 children, and it was wonderful! The house is beautiful and well maintained, there is plenty of room to gather together and yet you have privacy in the bedrooms and private baths. I would recommend this house to anyone.
One thing we noticed is that there is a mostly stocked kitchen and only one large pot so if you are trying to cook two things at the same time, (ie. noodles and stroganoff) for a large crowd you might want to take an extra pot. Everything else was awesome. Thanks for letting us stay.

Our big family loved everything about this house, even the kids appreciated how lucky we were to be staying there. Great big kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare food for a big group all week, Beautiful view, great yard for the kids to play in and ride bikes on the quiet road out front. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely appointed and we loved eating and spending time out on the front deck while we enjoyed the view. It's also right on the bike trail and close to town. The owners were very helpful and responsive to every question we had before and during our stay. We would absolutely book this house again when planning a family trip to Bear Lake!

It's such a treat when a place looks better than it did online. This home is immaculate and beautiful and we had no idea it would have such an incredible view! Loved that it had bunk beds in 5 of the rooms and bathrooms in each room - ingenious. We highly recommend it and would go back.
