Unscathed by Hurricane Sandy, this five-bedroom oceanfront house features spectacular panoramic ocean views, delightful sea breezes and continuous surf sounds. Park your car and leave it. The guarded beach is steps away and restaurants, markets, and ice cream shops in Harvey Cedars are within two blocks. Sunset Park in Harvey Cedars, with playground, tennis courts, crabbing, free concerts, etc is three blocks away. Outdoor features included large upper and lower decks, a new gas grill, outdoor shower and plenty of parking. In addition to two spacious living rooms, this home sleeps 10-12 people in five bright carpeted bedrooms. Amenities include bed linens and bath towels, free wireless internet, cable TV, free long-distance phone service, 42 inch plasma TV, 2nd TV in master bedroom, 8 adult beach badges, ceiling fans in every room, washer/dryer and all other standard appliances. Air-conditioning added in 2011. Tenants must supply beach towels.

Additional Information: Layout is ideal for one large group or two families vacationing together. Upstairs has a large living room and kitchen with ocean views and three bedrooms (one queen, one with twin beds and one with a full/twin bunk bed). Downstairs has another living room, game room, two bedrooms (one queen and one with full/twin bunk bed) and the laundry room.

Harvey Cedars is an upscale beach town located on the northern part of Long Beach Island, a barrier island featuring the loveliest beaches on the Jersey Shore. The beach is wide and immaculate with lifeguard stands every 3 blocks (including one at our street).

We accept weekly rentals only in June, July and August (Friday to Friday) with flexibility at other times.

We and our family have been staying on the north end of Long Beach Island (LBI) for more than 22 years, but this view and location are the nicest we've seen.

I Don't recommend Ocean Acres in Manahawkin though it's closer
