Five Bedroom, Four Bath Condo, Occupancy 10 total (including children)

Located on the north end of the island next to a public park, you will be able enjoy the incredible views from this location, as well as having room for “little ones” to play. It is within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and downtown. It is very close to the ocean city tabernacle. It is a short drive to atlantic city from the north end of the island.

This luxurious unit offers parking for four cars, has an elevator, and has two junior master suites as well as a full master suite. Luxury abounds with the hardwood floors throughout and has been appointed with many nice furnishings.

There are sleeping in beds for a total of 10 people (including all children), which would include two per bed. The maximum occupancy is 10 everyone, including children.

There is plenty of room for your guests and great space to entertain. The patio is almost a private oasis with the park and trees from next door and there is a bar area that is adjacent to the spacious kitchen.

Each bedroom has access to a deck – most of which are private to that bedroom only. There are tv’s in each bedroom and wireless internet access throughout as well as an intercom/stereo system. One bedroom functions as a spacious office, if you don’t need all the bedrooms.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers enough room for several cooks or bartenders all at the same time. Granite counter tops add to the beauty of the kitchen area.

Why Rick chose Gardens

The home is so unique. Located right next to a park, many of the decks open to trees, birds and wonderful views. This view won't be the side of another building!

We are close to the downtown shopping, but also 2 blocks from the beach. There is room for everyone to spread out in this large home. Over 4,000 sf of living space and almost every bedroom has its own private deck for privacy.

What makes this condo unique

As soon as you enter this vacation home, you will fall in love with this home. The space is wonderful and the furnishings are very upscale. We are continuing to update and maintain the home so that it can be enjoyed year after year for our vacationers.

Super comfortable, convenient and lovely

425 Wesley is a grand and lovely home, complete with plenty of room for everyone. We had 10 people, ages 19 months to 91 years, in and out over the course of our 2-week stay and it was great to have different family members all able to vacation together. With 5 bedrooms, three with their own baths, we all had privacy but also plenty of room to gather in the dining room and on the porch overlooking the park.

The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room to prepare meals and cook. Loved the convenience of an automatic ice maker in the frig.

Unfortunately, the spa tub in the master suite was broken during our stay so we did not get to enjoy that particular feature of the house. There is plenty of room in the garage to store beach gear and the walk to the beach is pleasant and easy. The downstairs neighbors are most friendly and helpful, too.

Great family vacation home!

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. Appreciated that it was spacious enough that we could all be together at times and at other times enjoy some privacy. The porches were awesome especially the side porch overlooking the park where we spent much time sharing conversation. Walking was a delight as there were many opportunities to enjoy different aspects of Ocean City from this location (Beach. Boardwalk, Asbury Ave, Bay Bridge, Parks, Hobby Horse, etc.) Thanks for providing an opportunity for our family to spend valuable time together.

Beautiful space to create great Beach Memories

Dear Rick - Words can hardly describe the fabulous week we enjoyed at the Beach House. The location is great, close enough to the Boardwalk and town. The layout of your home is perfect for multiple families. There is enough personal space for everyone and the common areas are comfortable with enough room for us to spread out. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating in either the dining area or porch. The garage made it so convenient coming and going to the beach and a perfect place to store beach equipment and bikes. Beautiful nights with a gentle breeze and a glass of wine ended our evenings on the porch. We have stayed in many homes up and down the eastern seaboard and have found yours to be a real favorite. The Beers, Donley and Patterson families.

Great time at a great place

We enjoyed the spaciousness, comfortableness and cleanliness of the premises and the many porches it has. This was an ideal setting for our three generation family get-together. We stayed at various locations over the past several years and this was the best.
The only recommendation I have is that there should be some room-darkening shades for bedrooms for those who like to sleep later than 7 AM. Also, the walk to the beach is almost a half-mile, which could be too much for some (the premises also has many steps which could be a problem for some even with the elevator). We handled the walk back and forth well (ditto the steps and only used elevator to transport our baggage). The premises is conveniently located with a deli around the corner, as well as close proximity to the Asbury Avenue stores and the supermarket. The side porch off the living room was perfect for night-time talk sessions.

A great family vacation!

Rick and Judy's place was a great location for our family reunion! It was an ideal location, close to both downtown, the beach and the bay. We had 5 little ones and spent most of our time eating at home. The house was great for outdoor dinners on the porch and even indoor dinners during a thunderstorm.

The house was well taken care of and beautiful. Great for little ones even! Loved the high chair, the little kids' table and the kid toys! Thanks so much for a great vacation. Hope to be back next year!

All the amenities you can imagine and more....

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is very spacious and very accommodating to all ages, from 5-74. It was clean and well maintained. The book of details was fantastic!! It has everything you could ask for, and then some. The location was perfect, very quiet yet close to everything. Great if you like to walk or bike ride.

There are only 2 things I could say at times was a little inconvenient was using the garage for bikes. With no password or lock from the outside, someone always had to be last out or first in-from the house. And also having a keyless entry would've been nicer for those that would forget to grab their key. Those things are very minute to the house and all it had to offer.
