The condo complex provides poolside grilling with unlimited access to gas/grills at one of five beautifully landscaped pools one of which is right behind your balcony.

Occupants must be 25 years of age. Maximum of 6 people. Rooms are non smoking. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests. Pets, watercraft, trailers, rv’s, and motorcycles are not permitted on property.
We accommodate weekly summer rentals . In the offseason we offer nightly,weekly,or monthly rentals with a 3 night minimum.
