Perched on a verdant hillside overlooking the Pacific and within walking distance to the beach, our beautiful, family friendly home is your perfect holiday home where every room has an ocean view and where the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep at night and awakens you in the morning. Family-friendly, the house has tile floors, a comfortable great room and gourmet kitchen. There are trundle beds in two of the bedrooms and a queen bed in the master bedroom suite which features a spa tub. A comfy media room with a huge screen is great for TV and CD watching. Designed by world class architect, Ron Goldman AIA, it our home is comfortable and live-able while taking full advantage of its site which offers the best ocean views in Malibu. Access to a private beach and tennis club is available. Children welcome.

We have lived and worked in Malibu 'forever' and rebuilt this house from the ground up in 1996 with the help of world class architect, Ron Goldman, AIA. It was created to optimize our GREAT views, for enjoying our loving family, for comfort, easy-care, work and entertaining. We look forward to helping you enjoy ALL of Malibu - the well known AND the secret places and spaces that make our community so unique.

The monthly fee is $15000.00 US with a discount for stays longer than one month. There is an additional charge for access to private beach and tennis facilities (public beach access is nearby). There is also an additional cleaning deposit required for more than one small pet. There is a one month minimum stay but occasionally, two week time slots become available. Weekly rate is $5000
50% due upon reservation. 50% plus deposit and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to occupancy. 50% refunded only with 30 days notice.

Notes:
While there are stairs to enter and leave the lower living area, once there, a handicapped person has full use of bedroom, bath, kitchen and outdoor area, The yard is not entirely fenced and due to the rural nature of the area pets must be kept in at night (coyotes!) Because of the topography, the lower patio and yard is appropriate for children 5 years of age or older, The garage is excluded from rental but there is adequate street parking, Beach and Ocean View
