Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-8)

Unbelievable lemon Bay view, relax on the well equipped lanai Just 1 mile from Englewood Beach and less that 4 miles from 3 other public beaches. The heated swimming pool is right on the bay. A very good public fishing pier is located adjacent to the property This is a new condo with all new furniture, including Sub Zero fridge/freezer, and HD TV's in the great room and master bedroom. Bike paths lead to beaches and elsewhere.. Numerous wonderful resturants, some within walking distance. King bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom and a futon in the den along with a queen sofa bed in the great room. Relax on the lanai and watch the dolphins swim by.

We traveled many areas of Florida and other warm places before deciding that Englewood is the perfect place to be. I am sure you will enjoy our luxury vacation home as juch as we do. We wanted the best view we coukld possibly have to enjoy our morning coffee, and our evening glass of wine. We also wanted easy access to great gulf beaches without have to wait in long lines of traffic.

Nearest Beach : Englewood Public beach at 1 Miles

Two restaurants within easy walking distance, and another 5 within 1 1/2 miles. Fishing at the public fishing pier located adjacent to the property is excellent. A family of dolphins lives in Redfish bay, and can be seen at most times of the year right from the lanai or dining area.
