The bedrooms have king-sized bed, queen-size beds and bunk beds! All bedrooms are equipped with TVs with DVDs for your entertainment needs.

Everything in the house is brand new in 2010 or 2011!

There is a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a 52' Plasma TV with cable and DVD player, electric leather reclining furniture.

Pack lightly and wash your clothes in the new washer and dryer!

This house features its own private screened in heated swimming pool with hot tub facility. Enjoy a get together in the lanai area equipped with a Gas Grill and Patio furniture.

This is a Very comfortable house!

It also features wireless Internet...so bring your laptops! Free long distance calling to all of the US, Canada and Peurto Rico!

It is only 20 minutes to Disney and all the other major attractions in the area!

It is close enough to enjoy all the attractions, but far enough away so that you have your own private quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle of crowds.

For avid golfers, excellent golf courses are also with in short reach. You can also sample find and varied cuisines at the nearby restaurants, cafes and diners.

There is also a petting zoo, horseback riding facility as well as a paint ball facility within 5 minutes drive.

Disney, Universal Studios, Old Town, as well as several dinner theaters are all within approximately 15 to 20 minutes drive.

A playground as well as a basketball court are all just down the street!

What a great house!

Everything in the house seemed so new and spacious; a clean and beautiful house! We were able to live life the way we were meant to live it here with easy access to Hwy 192 and Disney World. We all really enjoyed winding down each evening in the hot tub. 10 mins to Medieval Times. 52" TV was great, as well as a TV in each bedroom! Very comfortable couches! We will be staying here next time, too!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Superb Vacation Home

Marilyn: Thank you so much for it all. It was superb. The place is NEW, spacious, beautiful, well decorated, and newly modern furniture. The reclining chairs was a hit amongst all of us. Heated pool was a plus as we still enjoyed the pool in the cold winter weekend. Mostly I like that it was somewhat away from it all but close enough to drive to Disney and International Drive. Wireless was a great advantage as we all brought our laptops and played music from the internet. Thank you again for such great hospitality and ALAN was super nice and cordial. We were very comfortable in this spacious home. From 2 people to 6 people(including kids) it was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pool, the adults the hot tub. You are close to all the parks and shopping. Would gladly go back again.

Wonderful House

Rented this home for 6 days - two families with a total of 4 children ranging in ages from 9 - 12. The house is beautifully decorated; it feels as if you are staying in someone's home, not a rental. The furnishings are all new; beds are comfortable. The pool/hot-tub is perfectly sized for the kids to enjoy. One nice surprise was the 75-gallon water heater...we took 4 or 5 hot baths and showers in a short time frame and never ran out of water! The drive to the parks is not too far - approximately 15 - 20 minutes depending on traffic.

Hi Marilyn, The whole family wanted to let you know that our stay in your beautiful home was like having two vacations in one trip. The kids thoroughly enjoyed Disney World (no surprise!!), but they enjoyed the comfort of your home just as much. It was nice coming home for a a nice cool dip in the pool after a long day at the parks. The house is well decorated and you can definitley tell that it was done with a lot of TLC. Thanks for making our family vacation a memorable one.
