Being an older resort it is well known, has a perfectly experienced staff and reasonably well maintained facilities.

This apartment is in the main reception building and faces the side behind the reception. (No disturbance from tourists, resort guests or vehicle traffic)

The balconies face village houses.

To make your stay a comfortable one, we have tried to provide the top quality furnishings and equipment in the apartment.

We will be happy to consider making minor additions to the furnishings as per the guest's request.

Resident of Goa since 1998.

This is our 3rd property in addition to 1 other resort property, an old majestic Portugese Villa and another town-apartment in Goa.

Goa is our place of choice for our retirement.

Both of us are highly educated working professionals and this is our leisure activity.

We are avid travelers and also own properties internationally.

Goa is our preferred retirement location. The beach belt in Goa is perfect from the point of view of easy access to EVERYTHING.

Our projected future lifestyle includes a long morning walk on Calangute beach, a daily dip in the ocean, an afternoon siesta and an sunset dinner at one of Calangut's many beach front restaurants. This place provides the quietitude within the heart of the city.
