About this property

The mountain inspired architecture brings nature and peacefulness inside. Nestled on the side of the Rocky Mountains & below the dramatic Fairmont Range, Unit 11 is the ultimate adventure base camp with 50km of trail from your door & a short 4-minute drive to the hot springs, golf, skiing, beaches and paddling.

The main floor includes the full gourmet kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, living room with gas fireplace, theatre system and pull-out sofa and private BBQ on the deck with sunloungers and patio furniture.

The 2nd lower level is home to the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath and walk-out deck. The second bedroom features a queen and the third bedroom a single bunk. A full bathroom with shower over tub is next to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 3rd lower level has a huge recreation room with pool table, wet bar and large TV to stream your favourite shows.

The washer/dryer and included laundry soap make it easy for you to pack light!

*Furry friends are welcome at this property (pet fee applies of $25/nt- Max 2 pets) - they will love the amazing trails and the Fairmont Creek located right by the property parking lot - the Spirit Trail at Columbia Lake Provincial Park or the Wilder Park by the Columbia River are both with 5-10 minutes and favourites of ours.

Comfort and Convenience for a Small Group or Family

This was our first family trip together since a little one came into the mix. We loved that we could all be together, including some of the pups. The home is absolutely beautiful and well laid out for a larger group of people (we were seven and two pups). We had tons of space and never felt on top of each other. The home was absolutely spotless and clean when we entered. We all commented on that multiple times! We were extremely impressed with the communication from the FCVR team. They contacted us a reasonable amount, were extremely responsive, and were very thorough with details and instructions. We were all very comfortable and had a lot of fun cooking, playing games, and even napping! The location was very convenient to the ski hill, hot springs, and walking trails. We loved it so much that we are going to book again!!
