House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-7)

You will be located in a friendly neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk down the street to Windansea beach in la Jolla. Our address is 713 Rushville st. 92037. It is great for swimming , surfing and fishing or just enjoying the sunset.

The 3 bedroom currently has very comfortable beds and 2 HD tvs with Direct TV and DVR capability.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a BBQ and a choice of eating outside.

we have bikes (4)

MAZDA 5 WAGON for rent.

JUNE 20,2013 YEARLY RENTAL $4500 MONTH

February- Jun - $250 night 7 nights $1600 reserved by May 1, 2013. The price will be 2500 after 5-1-2013.

October 15 - 30 $250 night 7nights $1750

November 18 - 26 $300 night 7 nights $1750

December 16- January 1/2013- $250night - 7 nights $1750

minimun 3 nights.

200 security deposit due at time of booking with remaining due 30 or 15 days prior to arrival. o% tax and $100 cleaning fee.

Keywords: It is ready for children. We have two boys , toys, bikes and boogieboards. Tennis raquets ....etc.

About The Owner

I am a school teacher and my wife is a homemaker. I am from La Jolla and my wife is from Peru. We have two boys ages 5 and 6.

The Owner purchased this house in 1979
Why The Owner chose La Jolla

I am from here and this home belonged to my mother.

What makes this house unique

We love the beach and everything La Jolla has to offer.

We are so pleased to have found such a family-friendly place. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families.
I came with my fiancee and our four kids. We got married at the courthouse in downtown San Diego and really enjoyed having a house to come back to and celebrate. Thanks to the accommodating owners !

La Jolla Wonderland

Hi Maritza,

We had a wonderful vacation in La Jolla. We went to the beach every day, played tennis and visited Legoland and the Midway Museum. The weather was sunny and warm every day.

Your house was perfect for us. I should point out that our kids knocked over a kid trophee in the kids' bedroom. It broke and we glued it back together and I am really sorry that happened.

I hope you had a great vacation too.
