All these features without losing the charm of natural exposed wood beams and stone walls. The best aspect of this unit is that you are in the midst of the town but only the birds in the garden will wake you up in the morning. Have your breakfast and tea on your private balcony to start your day. Then you can decide to stroll in the town and discover the picasso museum and many art galleries. Of course after your beach day you can stop a second in the charming little boutiques to get your outfit for your evening in one of the many quaint french restaurants.

A most enjoyable stay.

The facilities for a couple are very good. Kitchen equipment: hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine look nearly new and are in perfect working order. The apartment windows and balcony overlook rear gardens with established trees and palms and faces north, so the interior remains cool during the day, supplemented by air conditioning, if required. The balcony itself is small with just enough room for two people seated but not enough space for lounging and eating. The building is situated in the narrow streets of the old town within easy walking distance of the main shops and the excellent traditional open air market (Marché Provencal). There are restaurants and cafés everywhere, we generally used the ones in the next street (St James Close). Although the main door at the front of the building is on a narrow street, the apartment is at the rear 1st floor accessed by one flight of stairs and is very quiet. There was no disturbance at any time of day. Daniela, the owner, is best contacted by e.mail. Queries are generally answered within the day. Her housekeeper is local and prepares the apartment for your arrival. Would we stay there again? Most certainly.
