My family had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house is beautiful and very accommodating. We enjoyed hanging out on the front deck just relaxing. The kids loved the nightly golf kart parade, and all the activities that were available for them. There were 11 of us that shared the house, and we had plenty enough room. It was handy having our own grill and washer and dryer right at the house.

Everything about my stay was wonderful!! I had never used VRBO, and was nervous about using it. Much to my relief, Bill (the owner) was on top of EVERYTHING! He was very prompt in answering any question I had. The house was PERFECT for my stay, and everyone said before the trip ended that we MUST book again! I HIGHLY recommend staying here. It's close to the beach, it's spacious, it's perfect!! Thanks again, Bill, for opening up your beautiful home to us!

Very Spacious

Rented this house for my family of 4, another family of 5 and two additional couples with no children. The kids and adults had a great time. The house was very spacious and we didn't feel as though we were sitting on top of one another. Also the rooms were quiet as well. The couples with no children didn't even hear the children when they got up bright and early in the mornings. It was the perfect retreat for Labor Day weekend with some good friends. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

I live in Myrtle Beach and rent a house every year on the same weekend for a mini vacation. I reserved this house and was very pleased from the start. The house is beutiful and has plenty of room.The location is perfect, quite street within yards from ocean, pool, playground, vollyball area, store and all the other amentinies at Ocean Lakes. The house is furnished with everything you may need from an iron to playing cards. This was a birthday/vacation for my daughter, who brought 5 of her 14year old girlfriends along, one of the days during our stay it rained all day, so outside activities were limited but it made no difference, we had a great day watching movies on the DVD player, cooking on huge grill under the house in the covered carport area. Would recommend for any kind of get away. The owner is very helpful and easy to talk to, he has done a very good job listing this house, the descriptions of house are accurate as well as the photos. Perfect vacation spot!

Awesome Beach House!!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this house for Spring Break. We loved it this time just as much as we did the First year we stayed! I cant express in words how wonderful this house is! We love the fact thats its so close to the beach we can just walk over! So convenient to be able to walk back and forth without having to drive a golf cart if you dont want to! The house is large enough that everyone has their own privacy without feeling like you are living on top of one another! The kitchen has everything even down to a crockpot! The gas grill has a 100gallon ( i think! All i know is the tank is HUGE) propane tank so you don't even have to bring your own or worry about running out of gas! THe master bathroom even has a hairdryer on the wall like in a hotel room! As a woman and a hairdresser also i LOVE that! These are just a few of our favorite things! Ocean Lakes is perfect for family and kids! You really never have to leave the grounds if you don't want to because they have just about everything you could need at your fingertips! The owner of this house is very nice and always a pleasure to do business with. He has done a great job maintaining this house and making it your home away from home! We love this house and plan to return as often as we can!
