This is a historic downtown SLO home built in 1925.It is beautifully updated while keeping it's classic charm. A huge California oak with a tree-house is in the backyard, propane BBQ and a lovely gathering table. A pair of blue-jays and many morning doves will regale you in the morning. There are 2 bedrooms with solid hard wood doors and a shared bath.Sofa and love seat in the living room.We have 2 bikes with helmets and 2 kayaks on the property.
****Please note that Cal Poly graduation is a one week rental for $1500.00. That date is June 8 through June 15th 2014.
I will respond to inquiries between 3pm and 8pm.
We hope you can stay on the porch and enjoy the SLO life,

25 years ago I drove through San Luis Obispo on my way to residency from Seattle to southern California I thought it was the most unspoiled beautiful place I had ever seen. Fortunately I was able to move here and can share it with you now.The weather is as perfect as the people are friendly. There is no smog or traffic.Come and enjoy California as it used to be 50 years ago.
