This is a beautiful waterfront home on Lake Keowee. This home was recently featured in the December 2012 Upstate Lake Living Magazine. The home was finished the summer of 2010 with top of the line appliances, marble countertops and all the latest upgrades. The home has 4 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bedroom has two queens and there's also a private alcove with twin bunk beds for extra kids.

The home is located on the southern end of lake Keowee in an upscale neighborhood consisting of million dollar homes. This neighborhood consists of just 26 properties and is surrounded by 32 acres of conservatory land owned by the neighborhood.

At the lake, we have an oversized covered dock and deep water (15+ feet) all year long. On the shore we also have a large10x20ft deck area that remains shaded most of the day. For fun we have two kayaks, a foosball table, a ping pong table, 50' large screen TV and plenty of board games and books to read.

Things to do within 10 minutes of the house: Minature golf, par 3 golf, go cart racing, batting cages, spa treatments, antiquing, and ice cream

Things to do within 20 minutes: Medical facilities in downtown Seneca and at least 20 great restaurants including; Italian, Japanese, Greek, Mexican, Steakhouses, Barbeque and Pizza.

At least three great antique malls, flea markets and 3 shopping centers.

Golfing at your choice of three local country clubs.

Clemson offers additional shopping, eating and recreational opportunities.

Things to do withing 30 minutes: Heading north and/or west will bring you into the wilderness of the Appalachian mountain area which offers a wide range of recreational activities including hiking, waterfalls, fly fishing, rafting and kayaking on the Chattooga river, apple picking, zip lines, horseback riding and many more activities. One of our favorites is stumphouse tunnel up on rte 107.

Dream Lake House

This is the second Spring Break that we have stayed at this beautiful lake home. The owner, Lynn, is incredibly organized and accomodating. She makes everything a breeze from reservation through check out. We love every detail of the home. It is incredibly luxurious but at the same time casually comfortable. Our family loves spending time on the dock and the many outdoor spaces around the home...especially love smores at night by the fire pit. Our kids (ages 14, 12, & 10) couldn't get enough of kayaking on the lake - it is so nice to have the kayaks at the house. We also took Lynn's suggestion for boat rental company. They delivered the boat (which was beautiful and in superior condition) right to our dock and were ever so nice and helpful. We hope to spend many more spring vacations at the this perfect home. 2013 Spring Break Vacation

Love, love, loved it!! This house is beautifully designed and the layout is perfect. The house amenities are plentiful and great care was taken in all details of the house to make it feel like a home away from home. The view of the lake from the first and second floor is spectacular and the outdoor living space is a great added bonus. We went during spring break and unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the water, which means we just have to go back next summer. Fantastic Thanksgiving!

We stayed at your beautiful lake house for the Thanksgiving/Clemson-USC game weekend. It was perfect for our family. We had family from Tennessee, Michigan, SC and Georgia. The house was big enough to spread out but had a lot of places to hang out together. We especially enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the outdoor fireplace. Sitting by the fire together, enjoying the stars and the lake and chatting and catching up on lost family time was just priceless! We hope to return one day.

Amazing Lake House

Every detail is thought of in the design and style of this rental home. It really feels like a relaxing vacation home. We had our annual girl’s weekend and with 9 ladies had plenty of room. The island in the amazing kitchen was the gathering place for most of the weekend. We used the fire place on the porch every night and spent the days on the dock. It made for a perfect weekend getaway. Lynn was a pleasure to work with and always very helpful. We look forward to coming back next year for our Girls Weekend.
