Carole and I have a special love for Victoria. Our penthouse reflects the ideal location & heritage value in the heart of Old Town, within walking distance of all the great spots.
Our distinctive 1273 sq ft unit is located on the top floor of a dominant three storey heritage building in one of the most beautiful cities in the World.
The 800 sq ft private roof terrace and garden with its wooden planters, flower pots and 'camp fire style' natural gas heater, overlooks the intersection of Johnson and Government streets, one of the busiest intersections in the city's commercial core.
The 13 ft ceilings, original red brick interior walls and huge 18” by 12” douglas fir (original) beams make it very special.
I have rented this condo 3 times in the last few months - that's how much I love it. The quality of the furnishings along with homey touches makes it a delight to come back to. The rooftop garden such a nice touch - spacious Zen like area. And on top of this - you get Heather and Tim - undoubtedly the best managers in the business. Helpful and friendly - but not intrusive. They keep the condo spotless! I highly recommend this condo to whomever wants to be within walking to dozens of restaurants and shops, the harbour and all it offers.
We had a great time in Victoria and the condo was beautiful. Traffic and gulls were a little loud though.
This in one of the best properties we have rented in many years, its exactly as described in the details, although the pictures do not do it justice. Its ldeally located everything is within walking distance, the property is well looked after and sparklingly clean, the roof terrace is fantastic we used the fire pit on a few ocassion and spent many a great evening enjoying a glass of wine. Heather and Tim were very helpful recommending places to go and assisting with any details we needed. I would highly recoemmend this property and know for certain we will be coming back!
This apartment was absolutely beautify (I imagine due, in part, to the artist owner)l, with a hip urban vibe (exposed brick and wood beams). In addition, it was absolutely modern and functional, comfortable, and very clean. It felt larger to me than the photos suggested. The location was wonderful: we could walk everywhere (no need for a car - the tour buses are so easy and frequent to Butchart Gardens, for example). Very convenient to have the property managers, Heather and Tim, living down the hall. If I had to suggest anything for improvements, it might be that the t.v. remote be easier to use (we barely watched t.v. - too much to do) and that the futon in upper small room be stabilized - my son didn't want to sleep there because it wobbled around - but one could definitely sleep there). Seagulls very noisy in morning, but this is just a charm of harbor living, and these minor nitpicks that wouldn't keep me from recommending this place 100%. If we return to Victoria, I will definitely book here again - it was truly one of my favorite things about our three nights in Victoria.
We had a great stay. The condo exceeded our expectations from the pictures, it was clean and well maintained with very comfortable beds. We felt at home right away and especially enjoyed the roof-top deck. The location was perfect for downtown shopping, with opportunities for lots of scenic waterview walks.
The Condo was very comfortable and relaxing in between all of our touring around in Victoria. Very accessible to downtown in a trendy gentrifying neighborhood with nice cafes. Looking forward to returning.

No need for a car, many great restaurants, shopping & historic buildings are within walking distance; the Swans Suite Hotel and the Market Square, built in the late 19th century and known as one of Victoria’s best shopping spots.
Jewish Congregation Emanuel Temple, is the oldest surviving synagogue in Canada, a renown national historic site built in 1863 and located just 2 blocks from our condo at the corner of Blanchard and Pandora.
Church of Our Lord, built in 1876 is the oldest church building in Victoria and one of the finest examples of carpenter gothic style in BC. Designated a federal and provincial heritage site.
