Lovely renovated property is perched close to the beach with spectacular views of the whole of Copacabana Bay. Family Accommodation with 5 Bedrooms and Sleeps 12.

Sit back and bask in the spectacular view on the entertaining deck or get to the beach by taking a -

Brisk - seven (7) minute walk, Energetic - three (3) minute jog / cycle, Kids packed in one (1) minute drive.

The property is split on four levels, allowing for a truly family experience whilst providing separate areas for kids, adults and quiet time amongst your group. With only a few steps separating the levels, the property is no onerous task even for the grandparents.

The five bedrooms are generously sized to allow both sleeping and individual relaxing. There are two bathrooms and one bedroom has en-suite facilities to ensure there should be no extended waiting for one of the three showers or the bathroom.

On entry you have the choice of going upstairs or downstairs. On the upper level there are 3 generous bedrooms including the main bedroom. This has a king size bed and ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three with a double bed. There is a large main bathroom on this level, too.

Open plan modern kitchen, dining and lounge room with a large deck overlooking the ocean. All modern conveniences including dishwasher, flat screen television and a b-b-que on the deck.

Entry level has another two generous bedrooms, bedroom three with a queen bed, and bedroom four with 2 double bunks. Another bathroom on this level.

There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer on this level.

Downstairs again is the children's retreat which has a large rumpus room with large flat screen television and ping pong table.

Single garage, plus off street parking for another two cars. Please note, it is a steep driveway. Pet friendly for outside dogs with a fully enclosed yard.

Outside shower to remove the sand before going inside.
