LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This beautiful gulf front condo sits right on the mouth of the Steinhatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. With it's own boat launch and a reserved boat slip, this is a fisherman's paradise!

Sit on the balcony and you will understand why this condo was named 'Reel View'. To the left you have a view of the Steinhatchee River, to the right the Gulf of Mexico, and directly below is an inlet where the manatees come in and play during certain times of the year.

This beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom with its king size bed and private bath is located in the back of the condo, overlooking the Gulf.

The front bedroom has two full beds, the other bedroom has bunk beds, twin bed over a full bed. These two bedrooms share the front bath.

The kitchen is highly appointed, with white cabinets and top of the line appliances. Solid surface countertops add to the beauty of the well-stocked kitchen.

The living area provides a large flat-screen TV and a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Outside, the waterfront pool offers an opportunity for fun and relaxation after a day on the boat. The boat slips are just steps away, as well as the boat launch.

Sit on the balcony and watch the boats come and go at the mouth of the Gulf. The manatees come into the inlet right below the balcony and play during various times of the year.

Steinhatchee is known for its fishing and scalloping. This is the perfect place to spend a weekend, week or extended vacation! Bring your boat and catch your dinner! After you bring in your 'catch of the day,' prepare it at home or take it to one of the restaurants in town that will cook it for you.

This is truly the perfect place to enjoy Steinhatchee. Come and stay awhile. You'll be glad you did!

Reel View is a real deal!

This was our third stay in Steinhatchee and the accommodations were awesome! Location was great for getting out on the Gulf quickly and having a boat slip as part of the rental was wonderful. The property is very well maintained and was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 10) that stayed there. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who's up for fishing or scalloping in Steinhatchee.

The boat launch on the property eliminates dealing with the public boat ramp drama. The dock is nice and is located at the end of the no wake zone. The condo itself is well appointed and spacious. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

It was a "reel" treat to get to stay here with our Family for 3 days!! We met there, coming from Ft. Pierce, High Springs and Gainesville. The accomadations couldn't have been better, condo was just
beautiful. Can't wait to go back!! Fiddler's and Roy's were great places to eat, although we did alot
of our own cooking too! Caught some nice red fish, trout and flounder.

The very best location in Steinhatchee. Dock is right at the end of the no wake zone headed into the Gulf, so no long river ride before you head out. You can launch your boat right at the dock too. The Unit balcony overlooks a huge salt marsh lying between dry land and the Gulf. Manatees come into the slough under the balconies each evening providing an extrodinary experience for adults and children. Facilities were great and we cannot wait to go back next year! Dinner at Roy's and Fiddler's are not to be missed.
