This stunning ninth floor unit offers plenty of privacy with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private terrace and a glassed-in elevator lobby overlooking the Seascape golf course and Choctawatchee Bay.

Centrally located within the Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 3 pools totaling over 11,000 square feet with one pool heated for owners and guests during the winter season, and a fitness facility with sauna and steam room. The Seascape community offers 18-hole championship golf course with Pro shop, eight tennis courts, five pools, fresh water lakes, beach service, Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill - seaside dining and live entertainment, and water sport rentals including chairs and umbrellas.

With over 900 square feet of living area and professionally decorated, this unit features a one bedroom with hall bunks and one and one-half baths. There is plenty of privacy for those lucky enough to grab the master bedroom while providing convenience for guests who choose the hall bunks, and flat panel HDTV's throughout the unit to view your favorite movie or late night show.

Each unit in Ariel Dunes II has 9 foot ceilings, 8 foot sliding glass doors to the south terrace, granite kitchen counter tops, and GE profile appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning oven/range, dishwasher, and built-in microwave.
