This place was right in the middle of downtown. It's a true hidden gem. Once I got through the building's gates, I was surprised at how peaceful it was... An oasis in a concrete dessert. The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took my group & I out for lunch at a great South Asian.



40x more comfortable that any of the hotels in the Area. There's No Comparison.



As far as the actual unit, it was large, cozy, with great little touches. Took away on the 3rd floor w a balcony. The pictures are accurate. The spiral staircase leading up to the loft space on top is a cool addition too.



It was clean & well stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker & a toaster.



We really loved the full length mirrors & simple yet sophisticated art.



My wife is a clean freak!

The place was more than clean,

in my opinion...



Like I said, there's no comparison.

I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Las Vegas. I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Convenient utility condo

Perfect downtown location. We could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. This condo is not about frills. If does the trick for a group of friends wanting to visit Austin for the food, drinks and fun. 6 single beds, two toilet/sink areas and one shower. Really, no complaints. Sandeep was awesome. Gave us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely recommend and definitely consider this place again. Thanks Sandeep!

Great time in Austin!

Nice condo, accurate description, place was clean when we got there, conveniently located to anything you would want to do in Austin. We were given great directions on how to get there. Bus is the way to go if your looking to save some money. Had no issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in Austin.

Hidden Oasis

At first glance i was a bit skeptical of the railyard. However upon entering the courtyard i was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The apartment itself was great as well. We had some minor issues with the bathroom however the manager responded immediately to resolve the issue and it did not negatively effect our stay. The location can not be beat. The property is conveniently located in walking distance of 6th street as well as a ton of restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again for future austin visits.

Beautiful condo. I loved that the property was so beautifully decorated, the place was clean & had a great layout. The pool, the parking space, washer & dryer, & kitchen were very much appreciated. The location is absolutely unbeatable. - convention center less than a block away, kinkos down the street, & 6th street is right there! The owner was beyond helpful & replied to any & all of my questions in a timely fashion. Id love to recommend this place, but I want to make sure it's available when I visit! Lol
