This three bedroom, two bath, 1700 square foot home is located on a large corner lot in Livingston's historic residential district. The lot is completely fenced, creating an atmosphere of privacy. Bedrooms/bathrooms: 3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a new, comfortable Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Sheets are deluxe 400 (or higher) thread count. There is a closet and large dresser, night stands, ceiling lights, bedside lights and a ceiling fan. There is a high definition, flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The bedroom opens out to a small shady patio outside.
The master bath is spacious with a large, deep, clawfoot bathtub and a separate shower. Vintage tile work and handmade cherry cabinets give this bath a great feel. There is a washer and dryer located in the master bath.
There are two upstairs bedrooms:
1 has a queen bed, closet and south facing window.
The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet, double windows.
The upstairs bath has a clawfoot tub/shower, vintage tile work and is very spacious.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen has lots of counter space, a dual-fuel range that includes 4 burners and a central griddle, a dishwasher, microwave, Cuisinart coffee maker, Crock Pot and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and serving utensils you should need. It is stocked with spices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other basic amenities like sugar, flour, salt, etc.
This amazing kitchen is a cook's dream! The cherry cabinets made by a local craftsman contain plenty of storage space for any extras you may want to bring.
The kitchen has an island with breakfast bar. French doors open to a small deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail looking out on the fenced, landscaped yard. In summer, watch Western Tanangers, Robins, Grosbeaks and more while relaxing outside.
Living/dining room:
The living and dining area has comfortable sofa and love seat and a large leather ottoman/coffee table. The dining room has a 'butterfly' table that opens to accommodate 8 people. Natural light floods the living room and kitchen. There is a large flat screen HD TV, a DVD player. High speed wireless internet is available.
Outdoor amenities: A deck with adirondack chairs and bistro style table is just outside the kitchen. A gas grill is located on the deck.
