Recent major renovations have created and refreshed this fabulous beach home with a cozy, comfortable style. Granite kitchen/bathrooms, great common area for families and entertaining, surround sound in living area and balcony, 2 bar-height tables on balcony great for moonlight dining or sunrise morning coffee.
We are located on the beach side of 30A. Seaview is 1.5 miles east from city center Seaside and, of course, Bud and Alley's open air bar and restaurant. Directly across the street are Tapas/Wine Bar, Coyote Grill, and Flip Flops. Publix grocery store is 5 minutes away.
We are situated on the beach about half way between Panama City and Destin. Go 20 minutes east to the theater in Panama City's Pier Park or 25 minutes west to Destin Commons theaters. within 15 mile radius, there are state parks, restaurants, biking,
Wireless Internet, Unlimited domestic long distance, Movies (Starz and Encore movie channels), Beach toys/chairs. Beach chairs and umbrella provided.
The pool is visible from the balcony. You will have a two car garage and an elevator to get to the top (third) floor.

I was able to stay at this great condo due to the recommendation of the owner's family member. in the past we have stayed at Moonglow, but it was booked and we went with the recommendation. so glad we did. this is a great condo that is right next to majestica beach. it is gulf side and just steps from the beach. the place was wonderfully furnished - everything is new and fresh, not the 'cheezy' beach furniture. very classy and very comfortable. you have a pool view and an ocean view - the living room was large enough to fit our group comfortably. and at times there was a full house! great bathrooms and love the washer/dryer - no need to fuss with wet towels and swimsuits - just throw them in the dryer. also, they had a ton of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach stuff for us to use. it really was a gem of a find. kitchen is great - we used it most evenings for dinner. loved the balcony - large and spacious for an outdoor dinner if you
like. this part of the beach is just so perfect - no crazy crowds, lots of families around this area (though we did have some spring breakers at a condo nearby) - the elevator came in quite handy as the condo is third floor. but no problem getting settled in with the elevator. i highly
recommend this place. the owners have made sure that there is everything - also, i don't know if the info denotes it, but there was wifi there which is always great for us. if you are looking at staying here, look no further - it doesn't get much better than this! so close to Seaside but
