Hi! My name is Edward, and along with my assistant Karen, We are here to assist you with your search for the perfect beach getaway! I know how difficult it is to find a CLEAN, comfortable OCEANFRONT condo at an AFFORDABLE price. I specialize in units priced at less than $100 a night (based on a weekly rental).
My nightly rates vary and are based off of a local hotel which has similar amenities, but which is far from the beach. They charge $136 weekday /$156 weekend, a night plus tax, and the hotel right next to my complex which is on the beach charges $250-$300 a night :(
So basically, you bring your own linens to stay in my unit or one that I manage, and you get to have the beach all to yourself, at a fraction of the price of a hotel :) You are not staying at the 4 seasons, but these units have everything you need! Holiday weekends require a 3 night stay.
So whether you want to stay for a week or less than a week, I will find a beach property for you. Please remember that there is a BIG difference in CLEANLINESS between the units I rent, and others you may find within this same complex. You may save a few dollars in a competitors unit, but most folks wind up being sorry they didn't book one of my units, since I require a higher level of CLEANLINESS. Due to the design of the complex, no units I rent have direct ocean views from inside the units. However, there is a wrap around style public area balcony that overlooks the ocean conveniently located near my unit. You can enjoy ocean views here on our outdoor chairs. See pics!
