Enjoy the tranquility that awaits you in beautiful Broadkill Beach! This quaint two bedroom, one bath cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, two queen beds, and one twin bed, Cable TV, DVD player with Netflix streaming and free wireless internet. It offers an open floor plan with dining, kitchen and living space that enjoy wonderful views of the Bay.

The real beauty of Broadkill lays just steps from the deck on the private beach with its gentle rolling waves. It’s perfect for playing in the water, making sand castles, fishing from the beach, or relaxing while reading a book. Wash off the sand and bay in the enclosed outdoor shower while cooking dinner on the gas grill.

When you want to get out and explore, visit the Broadkill Store (within walking distance) where you can find beach toys, fishing tackle, lunch or snacks, and be sure to visit them on the weekends when they make homemade donuts. Just a short car ride away are Lewes and Rehoboth beaches with tax-free outlet shopping, water parks, and museums. Also plan a visit to Cape Henlopen State Park which includes Fort Miles Historical Area, a key piece of defense of the Delaware Bay during WWII.

This property was just what my family and I were looking for. It is right on the water with a great view of the bay. The beach was right outside the door and nice and private. The cottage itself was just right for two couples and my one year old daughter. The deck was very spacious and relaxing. It was a little windy the week we were there but the property itself met our expectations. A special thank you to the owners for sharing your home.

This is a perfect getaway!! You can listen to the waves and view beautiful sun rises right from the breakfast table or deck. Only a few foot steps to the beach for a morning run or stroll. Very peaceful with beautiful wild life all around you. If you need a place to relax and unwind this is it. It is just a short distance to Lewes, Rehoboth or the outlets. After a long day of sight seeing it is a perfect way to end your day by coming back to the cottage for a quiet sunset.

My husband and I had an overnight stay here in October. It was the perfect quiet get-away! We had beautiful fall weather where we were able to take in the breathtaking views of the bay. This is a perfect place to stay for anyone with the beach only steps away.
