EXCEPTIONALLY BEAUTFIUL , LUXURIOUS , FIRST CLASS HOME

Our families stayed in this property in October 2011. Every detail was taken care of and the keepers do a great job of maintaining the place. It is only minutes away from Disneyworld and other attractions. We enjoyed the pool very much. We would go back to this property if we decide to revisit Orlando for a family trip. Thanks!

This was our first time booking with an Agent Direct, and to be quite honest we were very dubious...having always booked with very reputable "package" companies like James Villa in the past, this was a very new experience for us. To the point that I was worried about all the scam stoires you hear about families turning up at their destination villa - for it to either have been repossesed or not there or worse...I am delighted to report that I would absolutely recommend using this company. The villa rep. for this villa, proved both helpful, reliable and a constant source of information and help. Whenever I needed information or even reassurance...she was on hand via email or text almost immediately.

With regard to the actual resort, Windsor Hills, (a gated community) which we had stayed in before, again, we were not disappointed...a well managed, 24 hour security, fabulously maintained community of outstanding individual villas. Villa Serenity was "exactly what it said on the tin", a beautifully fitted, high end, 6 bed, 4 bathroomed 'home from home'.

Again, if I'm honest, the WOW factor for me was not the granite worktops in the kitchen, or the fabulous games room in the garage, or the private swimming pool, or the many wardrobes and enormous beds (some big enough to get our whole family of 5 in !), the WOW factor for me, the deciding factor in booking, was the gorgeous "Cat in the Hat' themed room! All three of our boys loved it - and I even managed to get a night in there myself !!

All in All, a fabulous resort, a first class, spotless villa with everything you could need, combined with outstanding customer service resulted in a truly relaxing and wonderful holiday for us all - Harry Potter World and the Butterbeer was just an added bonus!

We found the house to be very comfortable and well fitted. We had a party of 12 and the house did not feel crowded. Everything was like new and the house provided all types of services as wi-fi, game room, nice tv-setup. We think we will rent it again soon.
