This lovely 3BR/2BA Olde Naples home is located just blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Florida living is all about outdoor living. The entire property has just been landscaped with a new heated concrete/tile swimming pool, lush tropical plantings, lawns, stone tiled patio, six foot high privacy fencing around the entire rear yard, and a beautiful old brick front walkway lined with palms. The home has a master suite with king size bed directly off the swimming pool and a lily pond.

Hop out of bed and dive in to the heated pool. Renovated by an architect and his wife for their future retirement, this home is unique. Beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor shower, pool & yard professionally maintained, backyard gas grill, outdoor dining table with umbrella, chaises, modern furnishings, and more. Two lovely guest rooms with brand new top quality queen size beds and a shared guest bath.

The white sands of the Gulf beaches are within walking distance (ten blocks to the beach). If you would rather drive there is parking at the street end and a shower and water fountain. There are no beach access fees in Naples. Right near the entrance to the beach is the Naples Beach Hotel with an oceanfront bar and restaurant. The golf course is only two blocks from the house.

Close by is Wynns grocery market which features a selection of fine wines, vast selection of pre-cooked delights (why cook when you can be on the beach), and in house bakery. The regional library is close by with a great children's section, WI-FI, free computers with internet service, broad selection of DVDs and CDs, etc. Coffee shops (Starbucks too) are within walking distance as are restaurants and antique and gift shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and tasteful in a low key way house with a hidden gem of a pool and patio in an ideal in-town neighborhood.
