This garage apartment has the perfect location for that beach vacation. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and also there is a pullout sofa in the living room. You have your own private deck to sit out on and enjoy the sunset. Central AC is throughout the apartment and a large flat screen tv is in the living room and a flat screen tv in the bedroom. A garage below has the shared washer/dryer located inside. There is no need to drive your car once you are here. Within walking distance is Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Water Slides, Bay Village shopping, Surf Light Theater, Maritime museum, historical homes walking tours, and many great restaurants and cafes. A casino ferry to Atlantic City and charter boat fishing are also available within walking distance. Fitness enthusiasts can also enjoy tennis courts, bicycle rentals and many water activities such as kayaking, jet skis and more.

We had a terrific vacation in LBI.
This small, very nicely appointed apartment was a comfortable haven when we were not at the beach (which was 2 blocks away) or walking around town. Hardly needed to use the car at all. Arrangements to rent were easy and everything worked well at the apartment. Owner/agent was super accommodating ! The listing was accurate and the property was well maintained. Nice little private deck above the street. Also liked being on the 2nd floor.
Would recommend highly !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
