Enjoy leisurely afternoons swimming in the heated pool or unwinding in the attached hot tub. Relax in the water under the shade of two umbrellas, or stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sun.

As evening falls, dine outside under the covered patio. Cook up your meal on the outdoor gas grill. Then top off your meal with a nightcap around the gas firepit.

Parking for four vehicles (with two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is also available.

-Pool heating is available for $75/night for your stay (or $450/week).
-Pool heating is suggested October - May if you wish to use the pool.
-Spa heating is included in the cost of the rental, however, it is an inground spa connected to the pool, so it takes significantly longer to heat the spa for each use if the pool is not heated.

If there is no reservation directly before or directly after yours, early check in and/or late checkout may be available. Check with the host 48 hours before your stay for availability.
