About this property

Your space is in an up and coming neighborhood with many homes being "fixer uppers". Our building was constructed in 1963 and has been "fixed up" with all new paint (inside and out) new flooring and vintage and modern decor. Very Waco. Enjoy the eclectic, private space from which you can easily enjoy all that Waco has to offer. Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco are 1.5 miles, Harp Designs is only a block away Baylor is 2.1 miles from the apartment. Magnolia Table is 2.1 miles. Enjoy your visit!
All long term bookings are provided with just enough toilet paper, paper towels and soap to get you started. Not for the entire stay.
