It is located 120m from the beach, in quiet neighborhood and close to markets, pharmacy, downtown (fair and other attractions). On the waterfront, there are well-structured kiosks, hiking trail and bike path.
The house has a pool with waterfall; barbecue area with pizza oven; garage for 03 cars; large living room and mezzanines.

O imóvel e excepcional muito aconchegante.

Não estou aqui para avaliar a casa porque como todos podem ver nos comentários anteriores ela e maravilhosa, segura, confortável, bem localizada minha família já esta se programando para voltar, mas queria ressaltar o Sr Rubens que possui tantas qualidades quanto seu imóvel é uma pessoa "ALTRUÍSTA" fica um abraço e fica com DEUS do seu locatário( e pode ter certeza que amigo) Danilo, Josiane, Beatriz Fernanda, Fabio, Eliane, Karoline, Fernando e Cidinha.
