Situated on 100 feet of private lake access, boat & two wave runner dock with convenient access to the house by a tram/elevator. The retreat Villa has 2400 square feet of comfortable living for your family & friends.

The three bedrooms sleep ten (one king-size) in the master bedroom, three queen-size in the other two bedrooms with an additional trundle bed, a convertible bed in the den for two more people, and a Great Room with a couch that makes into a double bed and a gas fireplace, kitchen with a gas stove and granite countertops. The house is well laid out for plenty of space for the family and friends. There are two large decks with glass railing for viewing the lake.

All the rooms are exposed to lake views of Windy Bay and Lake Coeur d'Alene from the glassed in main deck off the house and an adjoining glassed in lower deck with a tram/elevator to the boat dock and a 100 foot private beach for your enjoyment with picnic table, charcoal BBQ, and chairs.

Windy Bay, Coeur D'Alene Lake (45 Min from Spokane: Bring your boat and wave runners to enjoy what Lake Coeur d'Alene has to offer with plenty of circular parking on the lot across the street to keep the main driveway clear for family outings.

Notes: The community association requires quiet time from 10:00 PM to allow all resident and guests a quiet environment in the evening hours. Children are required to be accompanied by an adult on the tram/elevator to the beach and adult supervision is required with children on the beach area. Both adults and children should use life jackets when operating the canoe or other floats in the lake. This property offers off street parking for vehicles and boat trailers on a lot across the street for the exclusive use of guests. No RV's are allowed to be parked on the property and pets are not allowed on or in the property. Tram/elevator from house to lake beach/dock. Important extra - off street parking for cars/boats across street. Two kayaks and a canoe are on site and available for guest use.

Pat and Dennis have really thought of everything you will need for a home away from home. We just returned from a wonderful week on the Lake - made all the better by our accommodations. The kitchen is truly stocked with all you'll need, room for the WHOLE family, and all in such a beautifully prepared home. We have stay at many different places on the Lake over the years - but this will be our regular spot as long as the home is available. None compare the the value you get here. In addition, the owners were so good to work with, all was ready when we arrived, we had a personal tour of the house and how things worked, and they were available to us if we needed anything. The best customer service, home,location and owners - well definitely be back!
