We live in the great state of Texas and have found paradise in

Panama City Beach.

Florida has always been a great place to vacation as we all fell in love with everything it has to offer. My brother and I wanted to invest together in a condo and couldn't think of a better place than Splash. It is a great place for a family vacation. We knew with all our family ties that we would get alot of use from it, as well as a great rental unit for our customers. With our retirement approaching we are looking forward to spending alot of time here at Splash with our kids and grandkids.

Why Sharon & Gloria Meisner chose Splash Resort

We purchased Splash unit 2106W in Sept. of 2010. With our big

family groups we both wanted a unit that had alot of bedrooms, bathrooms, and spacious living areas. At Splash this penthouse unit features 1800 sq ft with two balconies for great viewing pleasures of the Gulf. With its 4 bdrms, 3 full baths there is alot of privacy for multi-family rentals vacationing together. It just makes it all more private for everyone. The location of unit 2106W is on the top floor-corner facing the East shores of PCB.

Pier Park is within 1 mile from us with its biggest shopping, restaurant, & entertainment area of PCB. The opening soon of the new Walmart is also within 1 mile. We are family oriented and we want to keep it that way. Our location is great because we are not any where near the spring breakers.

What makes this condo unique

The unique benefits of Splash condo is the water park. It is by far the best family place in PCB. With its 5 pools some of those features include water slides, water falls, lazy river, hot tub, heated pool, and kids pool. It also has a video arcade, bowling alley, fitness center, a movie projection by one of the pools a bar-b-que grill area, a Pool Cafe/Bar and great relaxing lounge chairs by the beach. Also a great feature is the Aquatic Rentals of all water sport activities such as para-sailing, banana boat rides, patoon boat rentals, and water jet skis right in front of Splash beach area. It makes it very convenient for everyone to make the most of their vacation. All you need is the Suntan Lotion and we'll be waiting for you..

I highly recommend staying at this location, as the accomodations are wonderful, the views are breath taking. You are within walking distance to all activities, including restaurants and shopping.
We did not have any small children with us but, I can assure you there is more than enough activities to keep the entire family happy. The rates are more than fair for this type of accomodations. We will definitely return.

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Splash. The condo is very spacious and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with all we needed to prepare our meals. The beds are very comfortable and the king size mattress in the master bedroom wonderful. The view from the 21st floor on the balcony is amazing and the white sand beach spectacular.

The owners are very quick to respond to our questions and concerns and aim to make our stay at their condo relaxing and comfortable.

We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and was a great way to meet other vacationers with great conversations.

My 5 sisters and I spent a week at this condo a year ago. We so enjoyed our time together and reminisce on our growing up. It is definitely a Girls Get-Away fun place to go.

The area has very nice restaurants with great food and entertainment. There is also a shopping mall nearby with little boutiques that we enjoyed strolling through.

We would recommend this condo to everyone and we are planning on returning there next year.

Great vacation with the grandkids!

Our week in the penthouse at Splash was fantastic! From the terraces we had great views of the marine life each day. With binoculars and telephoto lens we could see the rays as if they were flying in the water.

The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The owners take pride in maintaining the property and respond quickly to questions. All the beach toys, chairs, and an awning for use during our stay were already there for our use. Each day we alternated our time between the beach and the pools and lazy river.

The entire area of Panama City Beach is a great place to visit and we enjoyed alternating between eating out and fixing meals in the condo. All the utensils we needed to prepare meals was available in the kitchen.

I heartily recommend this property to others who want to spend quality time with family/friends at the beach. We look forward to returning with our family again in the future.

Great time in Panama City!

Our stay in the Splash Resort condo was probably one of the nicest times we've ever had in Panama City. Our granddaughters loved the bunk beds, and the condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. The view is awesome, and the balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting a relaxing, worry-free vacation!!
