pool and tennis court.

The perfect venue for a Wedding or your next big Event - Sea Farm offers a number of options to choose from:
There are two beautiful areas on the property to create a gorgeous marquee. Both have stunning ocean views.
The decision about which area to choose will depend on the number of guests you will be hosting and which
ocean aspect you prefer. Maximum capacity in a marquee on the paved area is 40 guests and a maximum of 120 guests for marquees located on the tennis court. Marquees are a requirement for all Events at Sea Farm.
The deck area at Sea Farm is located overlooking rolling hills and the ocean. Perfect for ceremonies and
cocktail style functions.
PRIVATE DINING ROOM
The main residence features a stunning 10 seater dining room overlooking the ocean - This European Style Galley Kitchen offers Miele applicances - Nespresso coffee machine, oven, 2 x dishwahsers, microwave & built in ice trough - it is perfect for any in-house event or an intimate dinner party with restaurant style catering.
The property boasts beautifully kept grounds - the perfect backdrop for photos, drinks & canapes or venture out to beautiful
beaches in reach within minutes.

THE MAIN RESIDENCE
The main residence features a number of luxurious separate living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a stylish powder room and a stunning kitchen, zoned heating/cooling, gas fireplace & full video securityThe modern décor includes vintage Japanese and Chinese paintings and wide open spaces. Perfect for family and friends to stay (Sleeps up to 8).
A ROMANTIC COTTAGE
The romantic cottage overlooks the grounds and the ocean. The French Provincial décor and fire place creates a warm and inviting venue. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom (Sleeps up to 4).
A few points to consider when planning your wedding at Sea Farm:
Catering for up to a maximum 120 guests
Sleeps a maximum of 12 guests
10 car spaces are available on the property. Alternative arrangements must be made for guests to arrive
and depart the event, as guests (other than those sleeping over) are not permitted to park at the venue.

MARQUEES, EQUIPMENT AND DECORATIONS
Marquees, equipment and decorations must be constructed and removed during your booking period and must
be positioned in one of the two areas allocated.
One of the really special things about Sea Farm is it’s remoteness and complete privacy.
Due to its remoteness, the following should also be considered when planning your wedding or event:
The property runs on rain water only. Although the water is filtered with a state of the art filter system, we recommend the consumption of spring water during your stay and during the event for you and your guests.
The property is on bottled gas only. As is usual practice, event caterers are required to bring their own gas supply.
The property uses a septic sewerage system. To avoid damage during your event, porta loos will be provided
(at no additional cost) and must be used by guests throughout the duration of the event (applies only to events with 60 guests in attendance).
A generator is a requirement for most events and must be utilised by all suppliers (including bands, DJ’s, caterers, marquee and outdoor lighting etc if deemed necessary). We will discuss power requirements with your suppliers and will require their contact details. The cost of the generator is included in the hire rate.
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property due to fire safety regulations.
We are not wedding planners and you will need to make your own event arrangements. Suppliers wanting
access to the property will be required to sign a supplier agreement with Sea Farm.

•PEAK SEASON 1st December to 31st January
PER WEEK $13,800 (Weekly bookings only)
•SHOULDER SEASON 1st September to 30th November & 1st February to 31st May
PER WEEK $11,800 or a MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHT STAY - $8,800
•OFF PEAK SEASON 1st June to 31st August
PER WEEK $8,800 or a MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHT STAY - $5,800
