Terrigal Beach, Restuarants and Cafes are only a few minutes drive.

The home is well suited for Families and split over 3 levels.

On the top level there are 2 x Queen Rooms & 1 x 2 King Singles and 3 bathrooms.

The middle split level is the entertaining area with dining, living and kitchen spoiling you with beachfront views. There is a gas operated fire place and although the home has air conditioning it catches the natural sea breezes. The dining area opens onto a deck with outdoor setting and BBQ.

The lower level has a kitchenette, a further Queen bedroom, 1 x bathroom & a large rumpus room.

The rumpus room has a pool table.

There is plenty of off street parking.
