BEAUTIFUL BEACHSIDE HOME

We rented this house to be our Wedding Central for our daughter's wedding. It was absolutely PERFECT. We had three couples and two singles staying, so the 3-1/2 bathrooms really helped. On wedding day, we had the entire bridal party starting at breakfast (we could seat 21 at tables to eat!), then hairdos for five girls, dressing, and finally to the church, on time, since this house was so convenient to everything in New Smyrna. After the reception, it was back to the house to celebrate my best friend's and my 60th birthdays!

This house was spacious, beautifully decorated, very-well equipped, and oh, so comfortable! It was abundantly stocked with everything you could imagine, including five bikes and beach toys for every age. There were plenty of coffee mugs, dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, and extras for everything we desired to do. It even had spices, pantry items, and refrigerator starters for the things you haven't shopped for yet or forgot to get. It was spotlessly clean in all rooms (which is extremely important to me). The owner was very friendly, extremely helpful, and accommodating of our Tuesday - Tuesday rental requirement. We have nothing but praises for this rental house and its owner. I hope we have a chance to stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for large, elegant accommodations near the beach at a fair price.

This home was accurately described, met our expectations and then some. We have rented many, many by owner rentals over the past 20 years and these folks are truly attentive and kind landlords of a special place to stay.

We were very pleased with the furnishings, cleanliness and overall layout....very comfortable beds, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had bath, beach & kitchen towels, soaps, paper supplies - new furnishings (not second hand leftovers as many vacation kitchens have) -all that you would need while vacationing. The living room furniture was comfortable and there were TVs in almost every room...very nice & convenient.

We would recommend this property to a family looking for an impeccable place to stay at a very well maintained home. We look forward to going back as we did not want to leave! The beach was a short walk away and the carts, beach chairs and coolers made it enjoyable to bring what we wanted with us for the day. The outside shower & hose were perfect for de-sanding when we returned from the beach. It was also nice to use the garage and bicycles - we rode on the beach in the morning.

Very nice owner to deal with. Was helpful above and beyond any vacation rental we have rented in the past. We enjoyed 'Boston's' restaurant that was recommended for dinner a couple nights...yum! or if you want to cook dinner on your own - a gas grill on the patio. This home provides everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. We thank the owners for sharing their home with us and look forward to returning!

I have stayed at many "by owner" home rentals and this place was the best ever, hands down. Jerry has outfitted the house with absolutely everything you will need for a beach vacation. And it is not outfitted with the typical "leftovers" from the owner's main house. Everything is practically brand new and is very high quality.

The house is just a block from the beach. Jerry has chairs, wagons, towels, bikes, coolers, boogie boards... you just need your swimsuits and sunscreen. And if you get a sunburn, there is even some aloe lotion in the fridge waiting for you.

If you cook, the kitchen and grill will serve you greatly. The furniture is in perfect shape and the beds are super comfortable. The little touches, like an iPod docking station and wireless internet, are extra pleasant surprises!

Jerry, as an owner, was very accommodating. He returned our deposit to us in an extremely timely manner. Overall, this house is well worth the price and I fully plan to stay here again if we find ourselves in the New Smyrna area.
