Begin your luxury vacation by being welcomed to Paris at the airport by your own Chauffeur! (for rental of one week or more, tip not included).

Fully air conditioned unit. Nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Located in the back of the Avenue, facing West, it is quiet and overlooks the sky and rooftops. Free High Speed wireless Internet, Free telephone (see list in apartment) & cable TV.

There is a full time guardian in the building.

This1930's elevator building has the unit located on the 5th Floor (6th American) with a great view of the Eiffel Tower!The apartment is a split two rooms with a nice size living room separated from the bedroom with an elegant sliding glass doors. The living room can seat 4 comfortably and has a queen size banquette bed (Roche Bobois). The bedroom consists of a 'Murphy' Queen size bed (you can close it and it becomes a library) and a desk. The elegant fully tiled bathroom has a window and a large semi round stall shower with a towel warmer. Nice size closets and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Washer/Dryer.

There is a sister apartment on the 6th floor (Homeaway # 335966)

The high quality of the remodeling was thought first for your comfort!

This flat consists of a one bedroom with a queen-size Murphy bed with sliding glass doors separating the two rooms, an American Kitchenette, (fully equipped) a living room and a large fully tiled bathroom with large corner stall shower and towel warmer. Very good storage space for your make up and clothes. There is a guardian in the building, digicode and intercom.

There is hardwood floor throughout and each room is air conditioned. Very good heating in winter with modern Acova radiators.

All linens are provided with extra towels, cable TV, (CNN, BBC etc..) telephone (with free calls to US and Canada (land and cells) and Free to other 70 countries, including France on land lines, Free high speed wireless Internet, CD player and stereo. Washer/dryer in the unit.

Always someone will greet you upon your arrival to show you around and give you the keys and will be on calls while staying in the apartment if any questions or problems.

This apartment ideally will sleep either 3 person. We do not recommend this apartment for a family with young children.

Born and raised in Paris. French and American citizens. Owner of furnished apartments in Paris used for short or long term rentals, doing my own management. Very demanding in making sure that my tenants get the best when staying in my apartment.

You have available 3 subway lines a block away (#1,#9 & #13) that will take you anywhere you want in Paris, and all the buses at the Rond Point des Champs Elysees. Walking distance to the Grand Palais (across the Street), the Tuileries and the Louvre, the d'Orsay and the Eiffel Tower

Murphy Bed: This is a custom built queen size bed hidden into a library with shelves and storage space on each side with your own light controls for the ceiling lights and also electric power for your cell phones etc... It is a very comfortable BUTEX mattress with lath. Top of the line quality.

six weeks in Paris

The listing did not do justice to the actual apartment, it was better than advertized. The photos do accurately characterize the apartment, but you have to see it to believe it. The property was immaculate and the weekly maid service perfect.

When an issue arose the owner or her representative were immedialtely available and solved the problem without any extraneous issues

I would and already have recommended the property to friends and will consider renting here on our next trip.

You are at the midpoint of the Champs Elysee, high end stores are on the adjacent streets, e.g. Gucci, etc. The #1 metro line is 1/2 block away and can take you anyplace in Paris. There are three main bus lines across the street. Bistros and more formal dining are within easy walking distance. The Rue Cler market an easy walk. Major museums are within a 10 min walk, L'Orangerie, Grand Palais, Petit Palais. A short walk to the Eiffel Tower, D'orsay and Le Louvre. I recommend all of these sites.

Of particular importance is a very carefully laid out three ring binder in the apartment which answers almost every conceivable question. Catherine or Paul are always a telephone call away. We also found the internet telephone and WiFi in the apartment to be a most pleasant and useful surprise.

To sum up we would do this again.

Fantastic Time in Paris

A great location. Quite neighborhood. Close to attractions, shopping and local flavor. Very walkable with easy metro access. Nice being that close to Champs Elysees with a fun mixture of local businesses, plenty of places to enjoy a meal or glass of wine, upscale stores and high fashion.

Very comfortable apartment for two persons it is clean, well furnished with good climate control. Nice enclosed shower with towel warmers. Did have concerns before renting about the bed comfort but those proved to be unfounded with my wife and I both sleeping well.

Catherine was very helpful and accommodating. She made the rental process simple and was available during our stay when we called. Including a driver pick up at CDG was great and made it stress free after an overnight flight from the US. Knowing our visit was in celebration of our wedding anniversary, she unexpectedly had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival.

My wife and I had a fantastic week in Paris and highly recommend this rental.

10 year wedding anniversary

My husband and I had the most amazing time in Paris thanks to Catherine's beautiful, centrally located apartment. We loved using the Bateau bus (a short walk away) as relaxing transportation, the Metro was steps away, as well. It was perfect. And the interior of the apartment couldn't have been cleaner and more accommodating! We will be back, for sure. Thanks Catherine!

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

This apartment is amazing. My husband and I spent a week here in June after spending an exhausting week in London. I felt refreshed as soon as we entered the apartment. We arrived via Euro star and decided to metro it to the apartment which worked out fine. We found the apartment easily and were welcomed by Catherine who reviewed everything (she leaves you with reference books too!) and made sure we were comfortable in our new surroundings before she left us to explore. The apartment itself has wonderful storage; it was so nice to actually put stuff away instead of living out of a suitcase. Everything in the apartment worked wonderfully and it was spotless. The bed is very comfortable and we didn’t lack for anything in the kitchen. The courtyard is so quiet we slept with the window open. We stocked the fridge and off we went. We felt totally safe wandering around at all hours. The listing photos are totally accurate and the reservation process was easy. It’s a great location and a wonderful apartment. Thank you Catherine for everything, we had a wonderful week.

This was our first visit to Paris and neither my companion nor I knew what to expect. Prior to reserving, I had spent a fair bit of time on Google Street View 'exploring' the neighbourhood, but this approach didn't do justice to what a great location this apartment on avenue Franklin Roosevelt is.

This modern apartment is literally a two-minute walk from a subway entrance and the Champs-Élysées (an excellent starting point from which to venture out into greater Paris). Close to shopping, a large selection of restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries, etc. Also within reasonable walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the rue Cler market.

The services and amenities were exactly as described by the owner (Catherine, an experienced Paris real estate agent whose knowledge of the city is impressive). From the outset, Catherine and her assistant were very helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased.
