House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Our home is modern, beautiful and clean which is great for entertaining and family gatherings. Located in the gated community of Point Venture, we have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (one is a kids' room with a toy closet). Our home offers a wonderful, open floorplan with a huge deck with sunset views; a quiet, relaxing community with a pool, marina and floating restaurant/bar;a work-out room, tennis courts and a 9-hole golf course. All the amenities of home with the feel of lakeside community living. Enjoy all the spoils of Lake Travis: boating, fishing or just hanging at the private beach. Play a round of golf at the PV course and walk to the proshop. Later relax in our private hot tub and enjoy grilling on the outdoor barbeque. Great home for kids with plenty of activities. Feed the deer in the front yard or watch the sunset from the back deck while enjoying a cold drink.

About The Owner

Our home is co-owned by two families from Round Rock, TX and Sacramento, CA. We purchased the home in 2006 and have enjoyed the quiet, relaxing environment it provides our families. This is a newer 'lake house' and wonderful for relaxing and getting away from the everyday stresses of life. The home is great for both adults and children with plenty of things to do.

Our home is located in the beautiful, relaxing gated-community of Point Venture located on north Lake Travis. Just 30 minutes from downtown Austin, it still feels like we're out in the middle of the Texas Hill Country.

What makes this house unique

Community tennis courts, golf course, pool, workout room, private park with boat ramp and the marina/restaurant/bar. We absolutely love the wildlife such as white-tailed deer, foxes, squirrels, and numerous birds such as dove, hummingbirds and cardinals.

We loved how quiet the community was and the family environment. We enjoyed the lake and golfing during our stay, and we were only 35 minutes from downtown Austin and all it has to offer as well. We'll be back!!
