This bright open sun filled house architecturally built for maximum light and views of Cape Cod bay, boast with ocean breezes, and the sounds of the surf. This house has well appointed finishes and designer furniture and fixtures waiting for you to enjoy and relax in.

This house has beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, which lays on top of radiant floor heating. It has Kohler and Grohe fixtures throughout the bathrooms and kitchen. The master bath has an air jetted tub, the separate shower has a steam bath. The master bedroom has a magnificent view of the water, a good place to enjoy your morning coffee. The bedroom leads out onto a deck, with a sitting area, a good place to end the day, with a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of the surf and the stars and the moon, its also the perfect place to see the beautiful sunset on Cape Cod Bay.

The first floor bath has a three by six foot glass shower, it has body jets and a rain hood to wash away tired muscles after along day
