--Our condominium is perfectly located in our Gulfview complex. We are #319 -- that means TOP floor on the southern end of our building so a GREAT view! The photos of our condo and view on this site have all been taken by me with my iphone -- there is no editing or altering of any kind. Just me capturing what I love the most about our beach retreat :-) (The area attraction photos are public photos from our local Chamber of Commerce site.)
You will notice that we fill up faster than most of the other units in Gulfview. That is because more than half of our guests are returning couples and families that book well in advance to be sure they have a place reserved in our little piece of paradise. Additionally, we offer our 'Returning guest loyalty program. When you book ahead for the same season in the following year we will lock you into your current rate and any rate increases will not apply. This is repeated year after year! :-)
Our top floor location is PERFECT! No one stomping around on your ceiling -- well away from any street or pedestrian noise -- breathtaking view! Every day decide if you will lounge on the beach, relax poolside with your choice of TWO swimming pools in our complex (one heated year round) or have a long soak in our warm and cozy jacuzzi.

Our cozy condo can sleep up to six and is in the PERFECT location -- we have a west facing top floor balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are especially spectacular in the fall/winter months as the sun sits lower on the horizon.
We live locally and use our condo regularly for our personal weekend retreats. We take great pride in this unit and do all of the management, cleaning and maintenance ourselves. You will find our 'Serenity Condo' fully stocked with everything you need for your home-away-from-home vacation. You name it -- we have supplied it for you -- including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and blankets to use while our guest.
As you look through our photos you will notice that our decor is original and unique. My husband and I are very 'hands on' people. I LOVE to sew and craft, he LOVES to do woodworking and fix up projects. We love to share our handiwork with family, friends and guests and hope that all of the personal touches will make you feel welcome and at home :-)
