4 Bedroooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps up to 12

This raised detached duplex is three blocks from the beach and has a private in-ground pool open year round. There are 4 decks - 3 private decks off bedrooms and 1 off the living area.

The house has 2 master suites with private bathrooms, one on each floor. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a large hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed, either a dresser or a chest of drawer, and a flat-screen TV, one upstairs bedroom has a futon. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area. All 5 TVs have cable access with a Blue-Ray player in the living area.

All bed linens are provided, including blankets for the cooler months. Hand towels, 10 bath towels and 10 wash cloths are also provided for your use.

You'll have an electric golf cart and 2 beach cruiser bicycles to visit both the Garden City and Surfside Piers as well as the restaurants located in both areas. Covered 4 car parking under house. Approx. 5 minute drive to Myrtle Beach.

Excellent Place to Stay

We rented this house for a guys quick get away and this house exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do much justice for how well maintained this house is, and the lay out was perfect. The area kept all of us entertained which was amazing considering the age group was 21 to 68. The golf cart available is great too get around and have some fun. We live in RI but have our own place in Myrtle Beach and this place was nothing short of staying at our home both in RI and Myrtle Beach. The owner was amazingly accommodating, a pleasure to work with followed up with us throughout our trip. We had great amenities available to us. I.E. bikes, private pool, games, large yard, great for cook outs and a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation rental. Traveled with friends and hope to return with my family.

Great place to stay..........comfortable and spacious. I was so surprised that basic things were on hand for use. The location is great also. Close to everything you need and want at your own home. I felt that I was at home......the vibe is great.

Booked this cozy home with 7 others and had an awesome vacation. Fresh, clean and roomy. Loved everything from the roomy bedrooms/baths a flat screen tv for each bedroom and a spacious kitchen. Private deck to enjoy your coffee. Short walk and your feet were in the sand. Clean beach and friendly people. Several restaurants to choose from and the fresh seafood was A+ and reasonable. Shopping close by for whatever your looking for and a golfers dream. I felt very comfortable here and would definetly book here again. Check in and check out process was easy and the owner was a delight to deal with. Thanks again Pam, we'll be back!

Awesome vacation is how I can sum up our stay at Beach Bummin. This house has a great location and all the amenities a group could ask for. Every inch of this property is as clean as it gets and immcaulent. I highly recommend this property for thoses who want to get away for alittle paridise and comfort.

We had a great time in Garden City. This home really has everything you need, and more. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Private balconies were nice for quiet time. Golf cart to go to the beach was very convenient, followed by a warm outside shower - that exactly what vacation is about ! Just minutes to get to Myrtle Beach or the seafood in Murrell's Inlet. We had a great dinner at Lee's Inlet. Had fun at jungle golf putt putt. 1.5 hours to Charleston if you want a side trip. We would highly recommend Beach Bummin. Oh - and we loved the Beach Bummin surfboard :)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
