An amazing time

Joan couldn't have been more helpful, not only with getting the flat booked, but also answering any and all questions we had regarding the city, as three of us were San Fran first-timers. She informed us the flat would not be available until 2 pm that day, and graciously allowed us to drop our bags off, as were were to attend a sporting event right away. When the game time was switched, she still gave us the option to drop our bags off, as we had gotten into town around 10 am. Much to our delight, the flat was already available. Not only did it have a full kitchen, but two huge bedrooms and a well-sized living room. The four of us all had private and more than adequate sleeping quarters. The flat is located about a five-minute walk to Walgreens and Safeway, and even less time to get to the J Muni train, which connects you to BART and anywhere else in the Bay Area in no time. Simply put, we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience regarding the flat, and we will most definitely be looking to book with Joan the next time we come to town. In fact, our time in the Bay Area was so enjoyable, we look to make this an annual or semi-annual tradition. The flat and the way Joan treated us is a major reason why. Needless to say, I highly suggest this place to anybody. I didn't click on the people with pets option because I honestly don't know their policy regarding pets. Cheers and thanks again Joan.
