TIMES SQUARE 3 BEDROOM ON 42ND STREET

I can't say enough about this apartment or the owner. First of all, the apartment was perfectly located RIGHT NEXT TO TIMES SQUARE, but also next to Hell's Kitchen, so you get that "New York neighborhood" feel with non-touristy restaurants, etc. We were literally one or two blocks from the Broadway shows we were seeing. Then, if we walked 2 blocks in the other direction, we were dining at great local restaurants. Or, if we didn't feel like straying too far, we had a deli/restaurant RIGHT DOWNSTAIRS! The inside of the apartment was spacious and clean. 3 good size bedrooms and a nice living room. Can't ask for much more in this area of Manhattan!
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner when we checked in. Without boring you with all the details, we went WELL out of his way to get us checked in and make sure we were comfortable. He helped us hustle our bags upstairs and even went out and bought flowers for our table. SUPER nice guy! He even gave us great restaurant recommendations, so we didn't have to go to Planet Hollywood or some other dreck.
There's not much more to say. Except that I spent HOURS looking for the right place for my family. I talked to a TON of unhelpful realtors, etc. and got the runaround from a lot of people. Robert (the owner) and his rental agency were very helpful, straighforward, and accomodating. You can't go wrong booking this place. It's worth the few extra dollars you will spend compared to something away from the action.
