Welcome to our home in Mid-City, one of New Orleans most convenient neighborhoods! We own a charming, renovated duplex & would love to host you.
You have your own entrance to one side of the duplex for total privacy. Living room, full kitchen, 1 queen bedroom, 1 king bedroom, closets & 1 full bath.
We are located 1 block from the Streetcar, which can take you directly to the French Quarter, or elsewhere in New Orleans if you desire! We are right next door to provide recommendations.
The Space:
The rental is one side of an old New Orleans shotgun style property, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom 1, bathroom, and bedroom 2. Shotgun style means rooms are arranged one behind the other - this is common for older New Orleans homes.
Each bedroom is private, and you can access the bathroom without disturbing a guest in the back bedroom.
Guest Access:
Street parking out front or around the block is very easy. It’s a residential street.
The Neighborhood:
Mid-City is one of the most convenient neighborhoods in New Orleans. We are centrally located to all things, including restaurants, bars, and the French Quarter.
Our home is in lower Mid-City, and less than 1 mile from the French Quarter! You can walk one block and take the streetcar directly to the Quarter, or take it in the other direction and explore New Orleans. The city’s public Blue Bikes are also located right beside the streetcar stop on Canal St.
Getting Around:
Easy street parking, streetcar access, Blue Bikes, quick Ubers & Lyfts
Other Things to Note:
Early Check-Ins: We cannot confirm early check-ins in advance. If you would like to guarantee access to the property before the 4pm check-in time, we suggest booking the night before. We will confirm early check-ins no earlier than 24 hours in advance of regular check-in, and there is no room for an early check-in if we have a checkout that morning at 10 AM.
