This beautiful 2 story contemporary home has high ceilings and an open floor plan. There is a large kitchen, dining area, screened sun room and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Entertain or relax on the large deck with heated pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. The grounds are lushly landscaped for privacy. The finished basement is great for family fun with a pool table, foosball and a den with a large screen TV. There is also a laundry room in the basement as well. The house is located less than 2 hours from Manhattan and just 5 miles to the Ocean and only a few blocks to the bay. A child guard safety fence will be provided for the pool and hot tub upon request. Central air conditioning. Please no groups!!
