This couldn't have been a better place for my husband and I to take our first "snowbird" vacation after retirement! We were so comfortable in this little bungelow that we booked for next year also and will be raving to our friends about it.
No detail is overlooked by Jacob and Stephanie! There were plenty of dishes, towels and linens, glasses and cookware to make us comfortable. They even provided dish soap and toilet paper! We were so impressed with the visitors binder that they left with maps and suggestions for places to eat.
Two TV's were a plus for us as hubby likes to watch sports and my tastes are different so we were both able to enjoy a little TV entertainment at the same time. The WIFI was also a luxury that was included. This was used to keep up with the family at home on a daily basis.
The bedrooms were cozy and well stocked with pillows and blankets. The heating/AC system was perfect for us as you could shut it off when the temps were perfect and it stayed that way for a long time. Washer and dryer were a really welcome addition to our 5 week stay.
Perfect location, about a block from the ocean. We are not ocean buffs, but the it is also close to shopping and Daytona if you like the flea market or racing. There is so much to see in the area that you cannot be bored for one second, unless you want to be.
Another real plus for us was the privacy fenced back yard. We used the patio area for coffee each morning and the enclosed porch for naps. Both were wonderful!!
The only negative that we could find was that the kids in the neighborhood were a little noisy but everyone seemed very friendly.
If I could give 10 Stars, I would. We were thrilled with this little home away from home and hope to be able to stay for many years to come.
